We're looking for a dedicated and energetic Community Service Coordinator to help build connections, provide resources, and enhance the living experience for our residents. Position Summary: The Community Service Coordinator will plan, organize, and implement events and programs that foster community engagement, improve resident satisfaction, and connect residents to local resources. This person serves as a vital link between management and residents to ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute regular community events (e.g., social gatherings, educational workshops, health fairs, holiday celebrations). Develop partnerships with local organizations, nonprofits, and businesses to bring services/resources to residents. Serve as a liaison between residents and property management regarding community-related needs or concerns. Coordinate volunteer opportunities and community outreach initiatives. Maintain a calendar of events and manage budgets for programming. Promote events through newsletters, flyers, and social media. Assist with resident onboarding and engagement to foster community integration. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, communications, or a related field preferred. Experience in community engagement, social services, property management, or event planning is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish/English) are a plus. Familiarity with apartment or residential communities is helpful.
