As we continue our rapid growth and global expansion, we are seeking an Associate Technical Designer to support our Head of Technical Design to continue to create the best fitting, most quality running apparel on the market. Requirements What You’ll Be Doing Support Technical Designer in the creation and maintenance of tech packs, ensuring accuracy and consistency in sketches, measurements, and construction details. Prep and evaluate samples to ensure previous comments have been executed. Attend and assist in fit sessions. Take detailed fit notes and ensure feedback is clearly documented and organized. Evaluate patterns and make revisions and recommendations. Communicate with factories to identify & resolve production issues. Track and log sample arrivals to ensure timely fittings. Maintain pattern block library. Partner closely with Design and Product Development to ensure garment intent is protected through the technical process. Ensure all garments align with company standards for fit, construction, and quality while maintaining seasonal deadlines What We’re Looking For 1-3 years of experience in technical design, preferably in activewear or performance apparel. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities. Strong understanding of garment construction, patterns and grading Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and 2D digital pattern making. Experience with 3D is a plus Proficiency in PLM (Centric experience is a plus) Collaborative approach to working cross-functionally with design, development, and production teams. Experience in running or performance products is a plus. Passion for the running space is strongly preferred. You’ll Thrive Here If You… Obsess over the difference between a good fit and a great one.
