Job descriptions: Cook The cook position is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with recipes, quality standards, and customer preferences. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas. Must be able to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment, as well as have good communication and team work skills. Dishwasher The dishwashing position is responsible cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, glassware, pots etc. Also help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by mopping floors, taking out trash, maintaining correct sanitization levels with detergents. Busser The bussing position is responsible for clearing tables and resetting them. Supporting servers with bringing up clean cups, utensils, and ice.
