Security Bouncer / Floor Staff (Dallas, Texas)

We are hiring security floor staff for a high-end restaurant/bar. Ideal candidates will have prior concert venue or bar/restaurant security experience. Preference will be given to prior military or law enforcement experience. A neat appearance, verbal de-escalation abilities, and professional attitude/demeanor are required. We will only be hiring the best candidates. This is a public-facing position where you will represent multiple brands in front of higher-end clientele. Must be a licensed Level 3 or Level 2 by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau. We are hiring both armed and unarmed positions. First Aid / CPR certifications are a plus. Uniform shirts provided. Level 2 retention holster for your sidearm. Black, neat and clean shoes and pants. All other gear must be approved by us. Full-time and part-time available. This is a W-2 position. Responsibilities will include ID checking, floor safety and security, enforcement of State and Local liquor regulations, and door security throughout the building. Applicants must submit a copy of their current Level 2 or Level 3 Guard Card, a photo of themselves, and a current resume or job experience to be considered. References will be checked.
