Job Functions Organize and document Billing and Purchase orders for projects including internal, vendor and client PO’s. Facilitate the retrieval and completion of relevant project documents and ensure they are properly sent and uploaded to the appropriate contacts and client data bases. Coordinate data and document uploading in the Live Track system and assist in maintaining proper forecast dates in Live Track and client systems for project milestones. Assist Site Acquisition Manager and Project Manager in vendor management and procurement of services (request POR's route services, upload to databases). Submit and manage new power applications with utility companies.
