Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is crucial for ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards and quality control measures. Duties Operate machinery including stamping presses and assembly line equipment to produce high-quality products. Set up machines according to specifications and perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance. Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and efficiency. Utilize hand tools and basic math skills to troubleshoot minor issues and perform repairs when needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain a clean, organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. (We package potato chip bags into variety boxes) Skills Proficiency in operating Fanuc logic controllers and familiarity with SolidWorks is preferred. Experience in a warehouse or factory setting, particularly in an assembly line environment, is highly desirable. Strong understanding of basic math concepts for measurements and calculations related to machine operations. Ability to effectively use hand tools for machine setup and maintenance tasks. Knowledge of stamping press operations is a plus, along with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.
