Full-Time HVAC Technician + Benefits (Dallas, Addison, Fort Worth, The Colony, Lewisville)

Description: YBMG is seeking a refrigeration or HVAC technician with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience with air conditioners and heaters. Compensation can be up to $65,000 per year for qualified candidates. Responsibilities and Requirements: • Repair and maintenance of refrigeration units located at properties. • Repair and maintain refrigerators, stoves, and all types of air conditioners in good working condition. • Ability to locate parts and provide estimates to management. • 10 years of experience are required. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement. • The person must be reliable, able to work overtime and weekends if necessary. • The candidate must have their own tools and truck or van. This position may require travel to different locations within the metroplex. • The candidate must be knowledgeable in reading diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications. • The candidate must have experience with power and hand tools. • The candidate must have extensive knowledge of workplace safety practices and be able to complete company-conducted safety training classes. • The candidate must be courteous and respectful toward coworkers and residents. • The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills. • The candidate must have integrity and always be professional. • The candidate is not limited to refrigeration work only. • The candidate must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check. • The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED. • The candidate must be able to climb ladders exceeding 15 feet. • The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
