Roofers - Full-time Roofers + Benefits (Dallas, Addison, Fort Worth, The Colony, Lewisville)

Description: YBMG is seeking a roofer with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience. Compensation can reach $65,000 per year for qualified candidates. Responsibilities and Requirements: • Repair and maintain roofs (no more than three stories) • The candidate must have experience with flat roofs, tile roofs, and gutters. • The person must be reliable and able to work overtime and weekends if necessary. • The candidate must have their own tools and truck or van. This position may require travel to different locations within the metroplex. • The candidate must be able to read diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications. • The candidate must have experience with power and hand tools. • The candidate must have extensive knowledge of workplace safety practices and be able to complete safety training provided by the company. • The candidate must be courteous and respectful toward coworkers and residents. • The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills. • The candidate must demonstrate integrity and professionalism at all times. • The candidate must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check. • The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED. • The candidate must be able to climb ladders exceeding 15 feet. • The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
