Showroom & Client Success Representative (Path to Sales Rep) Company: FABER CNK STONE Location: DFW Metroplex | On the road + showroom visits Type: Full-time | Company vehicle provided About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, people-first Rep to visit existing customer showrooms, make sure our materials are presented perfectly, and keep designers/sales teams stocked and supported. After 6 months of strong performance, you’ll be eligible to move into a Sales Representative role (salary + commission). What You’ll Do • Visit partner showrooms on a set route; maintain clean, organized, and correctly labeled displays. • Check inventory and samples; ensure pricing and product info are accurate and current. • Build relationships with designers and sales reps; confirm they have everything they need. • Deliver samples to showrooms and new accounts; set up new displays as needed. • Capture visit notes/photos; report issues and opportunities. • Represent FABER CNK STONE professionally at all times while driving a company vehicle. What You’ll Need • Clean driving record (required). • Strong organization and attention to detail; reliable and punctual. • Comfortable speaking with designers, sales teams, and managers. • Able to lift/move stone samples and display materials. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Growth Path • First 6 months: Showroom/Client Success Representative (focus on operations, merchandising, and relationships). • After 6 months: Eligible for Sales Representative promotion (salary + commission). Schedule & Pay • Full-time, Monday–Friday; occasional flexibility for special deliveries or setups. • Compensation based on experience; mileage and expenses covered for company tasks when applicable (company vehicle provided).
