$800 / 250ft2 - Sunny Garden-side Art Craft Studio or Office Space (mission district)

We are renting our garden office space for work, craft, or an art studio. It looks onto the side garden and patio. Available 11/2/2025. It is a warm, sunny beautiful room. It has a private attached bathroom with sink and toilet. Rent is 800$ per month. Utilities included (electicity up to $50). The house is an old Victorian with several apartments, so we are looking for someone who wants a peaceful quiet place to work doing activities which won't be loud and disruptive to the rest of the house. Acceptable work would be office, design, computer work, Art, Crafts, photography, graphic design. Unacceptable work would be client base services (massage, yoga lessons, therapy, music lessons). Quiet tools would be ok, but not loud growling ones (no woodworking or metal work). No smoking of any kind in the house and garden. Bike parking available in the garden.
