We pride ourselves on our commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Job Summary: We are looking for reliable and hardworking individual to join our production team as Truss Builder. In this role, you will assemble wood trusses according to engineered drawings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety in every build. Responsibilities: Read and interpret truss design plans and shop drawings Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and metal plates using tools and jigs Operate saws, nail guns, and other power tools safely Inspect finished trusses for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors Qualifications: Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred (but not required) Ability to read basic blueprints or diagrams. Ability to read a tape measure Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must have transportation to work.
