Participates in all relevant carpentry work associated with roughing –in interior living, shop and garage spaces. Includes partition walls, doors, trim, occasional gypsum board installation and coating, decorative moldings, and all detailing related to Kitchen installation and finishing. Participates in all relevant custom cabinetry construction that the company performs through its custom cabinetry offerings Participates in all relevant and applicable insulation measures including cellulose, rigid foam, fiberglass, and spray foam insulations. Participates in all aspects of site maintenance and cleaning duties including daily tool set-up and storage. Participates in other installation maintenance, and repair duties related to the carpentry trade. In collaboration with Lead Carpenter or Site Supervisor participates in the set-up and tear down of all staging equipment required of any particular residential site. Understanding of basic structural engineering considerations related to walls, loads and footings. Skill in installation, repair, and maintenance of all systems and assignments common to all aspects of carpentry in residential construction and remodeling.
