Drainage Technician & Laborer: ~ Valid driver's license REQUIRED: $20 per hour ~ Full time, 40 hours per week ~ Monday-Friday, currently 7am-3:30pm ~ Summer hours (Memorial Day to Labor Day) 6am-2:30pm Duties & Responsibilities: - Hand digging and installation of drainage systems in crawl spaces, basements, yards and more. - Use and maintain tools and equipment, following proper company procedure. - Will be expected to drive fleet vehicles and employees between job sites and other locations as directed. - Additional duties as deemed necessary. Expectations: - Comes to work on time every morning. - Displays good work ethic and takes pride in hard work. - Able and willing to perform duties required on the job. - Can take direction and criticism from others and is accountable when mistakes happen. - Able to work in a team environment and independently without constant supervision. - Shows good problem solving and critical thinking skills. - Practices safe driving skills.
