All Star Labor and Staffing is currently looking for reliable event staff for the Oregon Duck Football Games! These positions will be working at the Autzen Stadium location.17 years and older is encouraged to apply asap! Payrate: $16.50an Hr. Sept 20th 7:45am start time. Duties and Responsibilities for Event Staff Crew Member: •Greeting guests as they arrive and providing a warm, welcoming experience •Assisting fans with seating directions and general event information •Monitoring assigned sections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction •Responding to guest concerns or issues and reporting them to supervisors as needed •Enforcing stadium policies and helping maintain a positive event atmosphere •Providing excellent customer service in a high-energy environment •Directing vehicles to appropriate parking areas •Managing traffic flow efficiently and safely •Assisting guests with parking-related questions •Ensuring compliance with parking rules and regulations Skills and Qualifications: •Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude •Comfortable standing for extended periods and walking throughout the stadium •Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Dress Code: •Black Pants or Knee Length Black Shorts •Black Closed-Toed Shoes •Black Belt (preferred, not required) •NO Sweats, NO Leggings, No Heals, No Crocs •Blue Polo Shirt will be provided, must be returned at the end of the event Please apply at https://hrcenter.ontempworks.com/en/ASLS/
