We will be located at 388 South Garden Way, our clinic is committed to providing exceptional patient care, and we’re seeking a team member who shares our passion for healing and wellness. Current position is open for immediate hire. Position Overview: We are seeking a professional, personable applicant who has a passion for learning and wants to develop a career in healthcare. Key Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer service, assisting patients with scheduling and checking in/out. • Manage appointment scheduling and office calendar. • Assist with billing, payments, and insurance verification as needed. • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, adhering to all health and safety standards. • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and other office duties. Qualifications: • Chiropractic Assistant (CA) license. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • We will train, but experience as a receptionist or medical office experience is preferred.
