Bartender & Server Wanted – Motte Restaurant Motte Restaurant, a modern Korean-American restaurant in Highlandtown, is seeking experienced bartenders and professional servers to join our team. We value teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude. This is not the right place for anyone with a “that’s not my job” mindset, frequent cursing, or inability to maintain professionalism. Professional attire is required. We want team members who are friendly, respectful, and collaborative. You must follow instructions, work well with guests and coworkers, and help our team run smoothly. This is a part-time position with weekend availability required.
 Server Responsibilities: * Maintain a clean and inviting dining area * Run food to guests efficiently * Buss and reset tables * Assist other servers to uphold high service standards
 Bartender Responsibilities: * Make classic and signature cocktails * Create and test new drinks * Provide excellent guest service * Maintain a clean and organized bar * Assist with inventory and ordering 
 Bartender Requirements: * Minimum 1 year bartending experience * Strong cocktail knowledge and creativity * Ability to follow restaurant rules and instructions
 Compensation: * Training rate: $15/hr (includes complimentary meal on first day) * Bar prep: $16/hr (different code used during prep) * Server: $4/hr + tips (guaranteed $18/hr minimum) * Bartender: $4/hr + tips (guaranteed $18/hr minimum) * 50% off dining discounts
