Location: Palo Alto Compensation: $67,575 - $91,425 annually plus performance bonus Scope of Role: Lead team to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service, food, and operations. Support and collaborate with General Manager to execute business concepts and strategies. Implement Gott’s Hospitality Standards to ensure guests are always at the forefront and ensure employees are set up for success through training, feedback, and recognition. Continuously evaluate service levels and standards.
