Night Shift Production Foreman (Brownsville)

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Production Foreman to lead a production crew for a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for safety, productivity, quality, and crew development, while overseeing multiple systems and production lines. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and manage a crew of 20–30 employees Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are met at all times Oversee the operation of green in-feed, dryer, hammer mill, kiln dried, pellet mills, and associated equipment Maintain accurate production, downtime, and operator logs Monitor quality test results and address any out-of-range issues Coordinate improvement initiatives and communicate operational priorities Administer personal development plans for team members Serve as relief in all positions as needed (vacations, sick days, etc.) Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Production Manager What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment (wood pellet manufacturing preferred) Strong communication, mechanical, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and meet production goals Comfortable walking/standing for 80% of shift and moving between buildings frequently Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and visually inspect equipment and surroundings Dependable, self-motivated, and ready to take on challenges Position Highlights: Competitive pay Opportunity with a growing company Leadership role with direct impact on safety, quality, and productivity How To Apply: Send Resume to jobs.albanyor@expresspros.com or Call 541-967-3600 Now!
