🏡 Community Property Manager Team – Mobile Home Community (Eugene, OR) Salary: $50,000 per couple + Housing + Benefits + Bonus Opportunities We seek a dedicated couple to serve as Community Property Managers for a well-maintained, all-age mobile home community in Eugene, Oregon. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a duo that can combine office administration and grounds maintenance to create a thriving, friendly environment for residents. 🧑💼 Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Manage resident relations and enforce community rules Accept and deposit rent payments. Draft and issue compliance notices and leasing documents Screen and onboard new residents Organize community events and maintain resident files Respond to emails, calls, and walk-in inquiries Handle general office tasks and reporting Maintenance & Grounds Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness throughout the community Mow lawns, including vacant lots and common areas (riding mower provided) Perform general repairs and exterior upkeep Maintain park-owned home exteriors and entry areas Ensure pool area is clean and operational during seasonal months Pool Maintenance: The community features an outdoor pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Prior pool maintenance experience is a plus.
