Duties include cleaning the bathrooms (1 hour) and drive a floor machine (1.5 hour). Floor machine is very simple to operate and training is provided. We are looking to hire an on-site supervisor for 4 mobile home parks in Bristol. Responsibilities and Duties: -Manage day-to-day operations of park -Daily inspection of premises and quarterly inspection of units -Collect rent and make bank deposits -Keep up with rent delinquencies and file evictions -Accept applications for rentals and show available units -Maintain an organized filing system and prepare weekly reports in a timely manner -Conduct bi-monthly video/zoom calls with off-site office Experience/Qualifications: -Basic knowledge of how to copy/scan documents and send emails -Reliable transportation in order to run park errands and make deposits -Be self-motivated and able to perform well with minimum supervision Compensation: $2,000 per month Applicants must be over 18 and are subject to a background check.

Looking for someone to drive our delivery van and drop off glass windshields to our customers. Typical shift is mon-Fri 4pm-end of route. Usually around 8-10pm. You will pull this glass. Clean it. And load the van. Then deliver to the set customers for the day. Training will be provided. No experience necessary. MUST pass background check and driving record check.(this is the biggest thing most people get denied for). This job is fairly easygoing and our previous driver enjoyed it. Drive safe.
