Qualifications • Proven catering experience: A minimum of five years of experience in a catering management role, either as a banquet manager, catering chef, or event planner. • Production catering knowledge: Experience with catering for television and motion picture crews is a significant asset. • Culinary background: A solid knowledge of food and a passion for creative and high-quality cuisine is essential. • Exceptional organizational skills: The ability to handle complex logistics and manage tight inventories in a high-pressure environment. • Flexibility and adaptability: A flexible schedule is required, as the demands of production and event work can be unpredictable. • Strong communication skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are needed to coordinate with clients, manage staff, and liaise with vendors. • Leadership abilities: A track record of effectively managing and motivating kitchen and on-site crews.
