Backed by Fieldcrest Ventures, we are preparing to launch with 100 founding families in January 2026. This is your chance to join our founding team and help define an entirely new category of financial service. As Head of Product at CORVIDA, you'll architect the AI-powered platform that transforms how high net worth families experience financial services. You'll translate complex tax and accounting workflows into elegant product experiences, leading our engineering team to ship AI agents that deliver family office quality service at revolutionary scale. Working directly with CPAs, customer success teams, and founding clients, you'll identify opportunities where AI can deliver 10x better outcomes while maintaining the white-glove experience our clients expect. This is a builder's role with zero legacy constraints. You'll own the entire product lifecycle from customer discovery to shipped features, designing prompt architectures and multi-step workflows that handle millions in assets with expert-level accuracy. You'll conduct deep discovery with high net worth clients to understand their needs, transform manual processes into AI-powered automation, define metrics that matter, and establish product development processes that balance speed with the accuracy required for financial services. Your decisions will directly impact how 2M+ affluent families could manage their financial lives. Requirements 5+ years product management experience with a track record of shipping products Experience with Gen AI product development – building and shipping LLM-powered products Strong technical background with ability to prototype solutions and work closely with engineers Exceptional customer empathy and user research skills Experience translating complex domain expertise into automated workflows Track record of leading engineering teams and shipping on aggressive timelines Experience with 0-to-1 product development in regulated or high-stakes environments Exceptional product instinct and ability to make decisions with incomplete data Written communication skills to document complex workflows and requirements We're looking for a product leader who has both strategic vision and hands-on execution skills. You're someone who would rather ship and iterate than theorize, can context-switch between high-level strategy and detailed implementation, and believes AI can transform traditional industries. Experience in financial services, B2B tech-enabled services, or Service-as-Software is valuable but not required – we care more about your ability to learn quickly and ship great products.
