You’ll be responsible for performing monthly pool cleaning and maintenance for our portfolio of single-family rental properties. You'll ensure pools are safe, clean, and fully functional—protecting property value and enhancing tenant satisfaction. The Foreman is expected to work overtime when needed, starting early, staying late, and performing hands-on tasks to keep projects on track. The position demands sound judgment and initiative, with the ability to read field conditions, adjust priorities on the fly, and keep the office informed on problems, corrective actions, and long-term solutions. Foremen are also expected to expand their own skillset, take on unfamiliar repairs, test new materials and methods, and contribute to continuous improvement by developing better processes for the field. Role Applicants must be self-motivated and dependable, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
