Seeking experienced / self-motivated redecorating specialist to perform residential redecorating projects on a part-time (as needed) employment schedule. Selected candidate(s) MUST have: • At least 3 years of specialized practical experience in commercial or residential redecorating projects. • Skills in one or more of the following installation trades: drywall installer/finisher, interior/exterior painter, interior flooring installation, tile & granite, bathtub/shower enclosure. • Possess the required basic hand tools & power tools required for trade specialty. • Display a strong work ethic, positive working attitude, ability to follow directions, strong team player, and be self-motivated to perform their best. • Exhibit problem solving skills with an “Attention to Details” focus • Reliably arrives on-time to work prepared to work a full day. • Has reliable transportation. • Brings/buys their own food and drinks to get through the day. • Physically able to lift 75+ lbs and work on feet all day. • No drug or alcohol addiction problems. • Must have SSN/ID to work in U.S. • Must have a smart phone to send/receive texts and emails. I do Venetian plaster, Roman Clay, and lime washing mostly. Pay to start will be $27-$35, depending on experience level. I pay every week.
