Build-Back Technician Responsibilities Finish carpentry skills I.E. ability to install trim (casing, base, crown) doors, & Installation of cabinetry. Flooring install experience is not necessary but helpful. Drywall, repairs & painting, must be able to tie into existing drywall and match textures. Ability to read and follow project scopes, Ability to document projects and progress with daily updates to the office. Ability to perform basic rough carpentry I.E. basic framing repairs, fence repairs, siding replacement etc. Electrical and plumbing experience not required but helpful. Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in the duties listed above. Reliable work truck, with valid California driver's license and a clean DMV record. Must be a hard worker, punctual, and reliable. Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends and on-call rotations. Must be available for emergency response work after-hours and on weekends. Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
