Ability to follow instructions, maintain good housekeeping around the plant site. Ability to work Monday through Friday including Saturdays as the business requires. Maintain equipment in proper working order. Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors, drivers and crew, peers, operators, and customers serviced. Examples of community services for this particular individual include driving him to a bear trail for him to mountain bike, and he also repairing bikes in his garage.
