The Estimator/Customer Advocate will be responsible for assessing and estimating the cost of repairs for vehicles, communicating with customers and insurance companies and ensuring the timely completion of repair jobs. Must maintain and stay current with all the shop’s certification training. Short and infrequent travel for training may be required for the right candidate.
