About the Position We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our technology team. This role will provide technical support and system administration in an environment of over 150 users, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune MDM, Apple Business Manager, and general IT operations. Industry exposure in telecommunications, broadband or cable industry is required knowledge for this role. Ability to be on site several days per week or travel to be on site in the Northeast. Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet are required. Proven knowledge of project management methodology such as Agile, scrum. Strong leadership, stakeholder, and management skills, including executive presence. Good knowledge of resource allocation procedures. Excellent oral and written communications skills to stakeholders including the ability to influence and negotiate.
