CTW Kitchen and Bath Warehouse Worker- Tile, Supplies, and Tools (novato)

Job Type: Full-Time (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturdays required) Pay: $18–$22 per hour (DOE) Benefits: • Kaiser Gold Health Insurance • Dental & Vision Insurance • 401(k) with Employer Match • Profit Sharing ________________________________________ About the Role: We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team! This is a full-time role involving warehouse operations with a focus on tile installation and waterproofing products. You’ll be responsible for handling inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and providing in-person customer service. You’ll also be expected to learn our product lines, assist customers with product questions, and grow into a knowledgeable resource on tile installation materials and waterproofing solutions. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently • Load and unload materials (must be able to lift at least 60 lbs) • Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and basic order support • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment • Driving delivery truck if needed (clean driving record required) • Learn and retain knowledge about tile installation and waterproofing products • Operate or learn to operate a forklift (we provide on-site training if needed) ________________________________________ Qualifications: • Prior customer service experience • Basic math skills (needed for measurements and order calculations) • Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs consistently • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Willing to work Saturdays as part of a full-time schedule • Forklift experience a plus – we offer training if you don’t have it • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn product knowledge ________________________________________ If you’re looking to grow with a stable company and learn about the tile and waterproofing trade from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you!
