A leading healthcare institution in Boston is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to support a high-profile initiative focused on marketing and public relations within the Cardiac Surgery department. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, and pays $30/hour. The assignment is expected to last 3-6+ months and offers the opportunity to contribute to an impactful, fast-paced program within a world-renowned medical setting. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate program activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure goals are met efficiently. Support event planning, including logistics, scheduling, and communications. Prepare reports, meeting materials, and executive summaries for leadership. Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence with discretion and accuracy. Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and leadership. Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. 3-5+ years of administrative, program, or project coordination experience. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
