Looking for a lead bartender role at The Hunter's Hound in Chevy Chase, MD. Applicant must be reliable, responsible and available to work late nights on the weekend. We are looking in particular for Friday and Saturday night but can make more days work if requested. Starting rate is $10 per hour plus tips.

Position Overview Reporting to the Café Supervisor, the Café Attendant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for visitors at Glenstone, serving both the Café and Patio locations. This position is responsible for a variety of front and back-of-house duties, including preparing and maintaining the dining areas, providing table & counter service and barista, and supporting the culinary staff. Café Attendants seat visitors, take orders and special requests using a point-of-sale system, make coffee drinks and other beverages, while also serving, clearing and contributing to a welcoming environment for our visitors and staff. The Café Attendant also supports the culinary team in the kitchen with basic food preparation, cleaning, dish and pot washing, and maintaining daily maintenance and production logs. Take orders from visitors and use point-of-sale software and hardware. Wash and maintain dishes, glasses, flatware, as well as work areas, coffee machines, table appointments, linens, and equipment. Assist with basic food preparation. Assist with basic cleaning and sanitation standards. Prepare venues for the next service. Enforce HACCP sanitation as well as allergen awareness guidelines. Perform other related duties as require Required Skills & Experience Able to work, four days per week, Thursday through Sunday (mandatory weekends) with varying shift start and end times between 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, and 12:30 pm to 9:00pm during the summer months. High level of reliability and reliable transportation to and from Potomac, MD. A valid driver’s license to drive our electric vehicles. The server position at Baba's Pierogies is an all-encompassing job, as a new member of the Baba's Team you should be ready, not only to provide great customer service, but also have a 'go-get-em' attitude, good presentation and cleanliness. Our servers run their own food and keep their tables neat and tidy. We need someone who can be in charge of the floor on their own, but also can work well alongside other team members. Our shifts are solo shifts; hosting, serving, running, and bussing. All the dishes at Baba's are made to order fresh, once you learn about our menu you will be expected to try our food and sell it to the customers. We have confidence in our food and so should our servers, you should be ready to build checks and sell dishes. Server responsibilities also include making Baba's Sauces, we expect our servers to have the determination and skill to follow our recipes exactly and prepare these sauces during the regular shift.
