Of course, tax season is busier but most of our clients have been trained up on our processes designed to make tax season less stressful. This position requires a person who can operate like an air traffic controller in delegating jobs to professionals (mostly CPAs) along with a time budget, deadlines and documents. We’re in the process or adding Canopy Software to keep track of clients, jobs, workflows, emails, professionals, engagement letters, payments and communication with clients and professionals. We also use Drake Tax Software and QBO for most accounting. Most of our clients have NOT come to our office since Covid and instead provide us digital documents or access to accounts needed to complete each engagement or send them by USPS mail. Our perfect choice for this position would be a seasoned veteran of this type of environment who enjoys helping clients and gets along with all the professionals while keeping them on track.
