YOU SHOULD HAVE: Prior experience with recruitment, sourcing, screening, hiring etc. International recruiting experience is a plus. Passion for recruitment and human resources. Great interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
