We work closely with our customers to design, develop, and process plan products from prototypes through production. We have openings for qualified people in the industry to join our team. We are searching for a Senior CNC operator with 3-5 years’ experience operating horizontal mills. Requirements: Senior Operators should be able to manage a job independently after set up from start to finish with little to no supervision and have the required trouble shooting skills to solve problems before resorting to escalation. Must be able to make their own off-sets and understand different off set types Must understand cutter comp Must demonstrate the ability to understand a blue print; comprehend a part and its features from the print Must be able inspect their own work and demonstrate attention to detail when inspecting parts and recognize cosmetic defects. Demonstrate understand the types of cosmetic failures. Our company is looking for skilled machine operators who are reliable and easy to work with, have a positive attitude, and have good communication and organizational skills. This person should be capable of high-precision work, while acting as a team player. Day shift employees work Monday through Thursday 6:00AM to 4:30PM.
