Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Shipping Lead, who may be considered for a Shipping Manager title depending on qualifications. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in LTL and small parcel shipping, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage both people and processes effectively. You will oversee shipping operations, supervise 2 team members, and play a key role in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
