We have presentation folders, shirts, hats, signs, decals, etc. Every tool needed to have great year. We can build fast and turn checks to keep the money flowing. Typically we are 2-3 weeks out on roofs, siding, and gutters. We have 20 plus years insurance restoration knowledge and the tools to help you be successful here. We have a great crm system (acculynx) that allows reps to not have to come to office. Hail recon for good maps that's integrated with crm. We use roofr, eagleview and hoover for measuring make jobs even easier. In house Supplement person that takes care of all the follow up calls with insurance for Supplements and depreciation. We have a pm for builds to ensure happy customers and smooth process. Pay plan is 10-12% of contract amount. (Depending on experience). If hit 1 million in sales you will receive a $20k bonus and pay plan increases 2% (14% of contract amount) If in house lead commission is 2% less on that job.
