Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; trade or technical training a plus. • Previous experience in building maintenance, janitorial work, or related field preferred. • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair practices. • Ability to operate cleaning equipment, tools, and machinery safely. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. • Physical ability to perform manual labor (lifting, bending, climbing ladders, standing for long periods). • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Work Environment: • Full-time position (with hours varying depending on needs).
