Qualification Requirements: Previous construction trades experience. Experience in framing or carpentry is an asset. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record in order to operate a company vehicle. Proficient operating skills of all basic tools and equipment used in construction. Physical stamina to maintain a productive 8-hour workday that will include walking, standing and crouching for long periods of time to perform strenuous physical tasks. Ability to lift weight up to 100lbs. Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices and responsibilities associated with it. Self-driven and team player. Effective communicator with the ability to provide clear verbal and written information. Possess good organizational and time management skills. Reliable and consistently punctual with an eye for detail. Proactive, hands-on, roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done attitude. Contributor to a positive and results oriented team environment with the desire to learn and grow. Provide personal toolbelt and basic essential hand tools.
