What You’ll Do As the primary office contact, you’ll ensure that every customer receives prompt, professional service from order to delivery. Daily responsibilities include: • Answering phones and managing incoming orders through our ERP system (M1). • Processing payments and coordinating shipping and receiving. • Purchasing inventory, raw materials, and office supplies as needed. • Entering received parts into M1 and matching them to purchase orders. • Maintaining our company website — updating text, pricing, and photos (WordPress). • Assisting the GM and Accountant with administrative tasks as needed. This is a hands-on role in a small office environment where teamwork and flexibility are key. Qualifications • Strong customer service and communication skills — both phone and email. • Computer literacy: proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe. • Ability to learn new programs quickly (M1 ERP and WordPress experience preferred). • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks. • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently. • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly. • Must meet FAA and federal background-check/drug-screening requirements. • Knowledge of general aviation aircraft is preferred. Looking for a detailed creative person to work in our embroidery department. This person must work well with others, and with customers. No experience needed, but will compensate if you do have experience. This position is Part Time 16 to 20 hours a week hours are flexible, no nights or weekends. This person will be responsible for operating embroidery machine to produce custom embroidered garments and products, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion. This role requires attention to detail, and an eye for design alignment. Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation Setup, thread and operate commercial embroidery machine. Load and unload garments onto machine hoops, and monitor machine performance and ensure maintenance is completed weekly. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods (7 hours) Lift up to 30 pounds Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms.
