Attend training programs to maintain up-to-date knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and industry standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in carpet cleaning, preferably 2-3 years. Knowledge of carpet types and appropriate cleaning methods. Proficiency in operating carpet cleaning equipment. Ability to carry and lift heavy equipment. Basic knowledge of repairs and maintenance of cleaning machines is a plus. Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a dedication to high-quality work. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including weekends.
