Our menu changes often, allowing our cooks to be fully involved in menu development and creativity. Our servers sell a menu that focuses on whole animal butchery, daily changing hand-made pastas, and authentic, wood-oven fired pizzas, as well as a curated selection of Italian wines, focusing on small grower-producers.
