Description

We are a leading local provider of exterior property inspection services for banks, management companies and casualty insurance companies. Our field inspectors will visit the property and walk the full exterior to report any visible damage and photo document the property to support the inspection results. In most cases it only takes 2-3 minutes to complete an inspection (contact with the owner is not necessary in most cases)! Some inspections do require photos of the interior which can take 15-20 minutes. **A lot of our inspections are in the far Northside of Chicago and Northern Suburbs, so we are looking for potential individuals that reside in those areas. This is a contractor position that gives you the freedom of building your own inspection schedule. Get paid WEEKLY and manage your own schedule, expenses, and taxes on your terms. If you already are working for Uber Eats, Doordash, Grubhub, Spark Driver, or other delivery company, this job fits right in OR Realtors that just need an extra revenue stream. Responsibilities: • General knowledge in construction, real estate property, and/or inspections, or a related field is preferred but not required. • Property Inspection experience a bonus Requirements: • Ability and willingness to travel locally (looking for someone who lives in Northern Chicago area or Northern Suburb). • Availability during daytime hours Monday-Saturday for inspections and training • A 1099 contractor position • Must pass Background Check • Access to smart phone and computer • Valid drivers license and Dependable vehicle needed • Professional appearance • Strong attention to detail and time management skills with a focus on professionalism and customer service *COMPENSATION: • Fees are paid WEEKLY per inspection as a 1099 Independent Contractor. • Fees range depending on inspection type and length of inspection but you can make estimated $20-$30+ per hour based on the number of inspections performed. • A Weekly gas allowance is also provided.
