Renting to one person only. 1 pet considered depending on type, size, and temperament. We have cats and dogs. Rent is $650 which includes garbage. Utilities (electric, gas, water/sewer) are $100 per month which is due on the first of the month along with the rent. Security deposit is $650. No heavy drinking, street drugs, or marijuana smoking.
