Proficient culinary technique: knife skills, use of equipment such as blenders, food processors, juicers, induction burners, ovens, etc. Ability to do basic math, conversions, measurements, and scale recipes as needed. Knowledge of vegan / vegetarian cooking preferred Commissary / large batch prep experience required. Food safety knowledge and ServSafe Food Handler's Certification required. Job Requirements: +Morning and daytime availability. +Must be able to bend, stoop, reach high and low and work at a constant pace, able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
