Owner Operator CDL A ($35,000 monthly)

I am looking for someone who: 1. Has basic knowledge of building components. 2. Meet at different residential homes and commercial properties to accompany the home owner/property owner during their insurance company inspection. 3. You will arrive at property addresses to meet with adjusters, contractors, engineers, etc. 4. You will take some photographs of the damage and note what the insurance company's expert does and does not do while on-site. You will provide an email with your photos and inspection notes. 5. Jobs span all of Georgia. 6. Each job takes between 1-4 hours, but typically about 1-2 hours. 7. Pay is $125 per inspection facilitation. Ultimately, you are meeting the insurance company expert at a property. You will show them the damages to the property. You will send a short report of the inspection and photos. You will not be doing any labor or repairs. Must be able and willing to: 1. Get on roofs 2. Meet insurance company experts on-time 3. Send a paragraph about what happened during the inspection, along with some photos of the inspection

This training will be comprehensive and require you to meet and exceed expectations from day one. During your training you will be making an average of $750-$1500/week with our Salary/Commission/Bonus structure. You will be challenged on a daily basis to become the leader you know you can be! Once you are trained, you will be able to hire, train, and maintain an elite sales force, order materials, schedule crews, and much more. Once you are promoted to Sales Manager, you will make $100,000 - $250,000 per year. As a Sales/Branch Manager trainee, you will have to be okay with making an average of $750-$1500/week during your 3-5 months of training.
