The Crooked Spoon Ice Cream Production Operator I works in our food processing plant as part of a team to assemble and stage ingredients, load to create mix bases, and to flavor, extract, package and prepare to ship final product while maintaining the plant’s high standards of manufacturing and cleanliness. Collaborate with founder/engineer to refine print processes and shoe designs. Track throughput, failures, and develop SOPs for scaling.
