Requirements Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a relevant discipline with 9+ years of experience. Systems engineering and architecting for program acquisitions. Fluency in Model-Based System Engineer methods and descriptive modeling frameworks such as DoDAF and SysML. Ability to generate DoDAF views on system of system architectures and plans. Must have an active DoD security clearance, adjudicated for SCI eligibility and enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program (if applicable). Must be willing to be nominated for access to Sensitive Compartment Information and Special Access Programs and willing to consent to a Polygraph examination. Desired skills: Master’s Degree, 7+ years of experience is preferred. Military Space Operations with an emphasis in Space Domain Awareness programs and capabilities. Experience working in development environment and, or U.S. Government weapons system program office. Professional certification (e.g., Professional Engineer, INCOSE CSEP, etc.). Summary: Seeking a skilled Project Manager (life cycle PM) to support the delivery of Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) through effective management of CIP and/or non-CIP projects. Responsible for managing projects throughout all phases of a project, including, but not limited to, business case development for project initiation, study, design, construction, procurement, operations turnover and project closeout. A life cycle PM may manage projects related to our water resource recovery facility (WRRF), our combined sewer overflow (CSO) facilities, our sewage pumping stations (SPS), or our regional wastewater collection system (RWCS). Job Responsibilities:  Communicate with and manage the project activities of all project stakeholders, all project disciplines, and regulatory agencies or authorities having jurisdiction. Provide quarterly cost analysis and cost projections for all utilities, chilled water, electrical, gas and on all maintenance items needed, filters, belts, valves, and maintenance equipment. Efficiency analysis and energy savings audits done on a quarterly basis. Create, execute, and maintain an automated preventative maintenance program to include all components of the building.  Implement and maintain all required maintenance SOPs as directed by GM and VP of Risk Management.  Maintain any “green energy” qualifications of the building.  Coordinate, maintain, and keep current all building component inspections.  Supervises full maintenance team and any other departments as assigned by the GM.  Develops training to ensure excellence in job performance.  Building and maintaining strong relationships with outside vendors. Coordinate contracted services and repairs, alongside the GM.  Keeps complete and accurate records of all maintenance requests submitted, commented on, and completed. Project is in 90042 highland park area. Pay: Architect plan $3000 Structural Engineer to do all the calculation and stamp the architect plan $4000 Must have a valid P.E. (Professional Engineer) stamp or have access to one from an associate. Experience reviewing and stamping residential remodel plans for permit submission. Ability to work with architect’s plans and check them for structural integrity and code compliance. Ability to provide timely revisions if needed, so we can submit plans without delays. Have experience working in LA building codes.
