3 Season Solutions / Sunspace is Minnesota’s dealer for Sunspace 3 & 4 season sunroom and porch products. We’re looking for an experienced trade professional to lead our Twin Cities crew. Responsibilities will include planning and organizing for daily installations as well as participating in the installs. You’ll work closely with management and sales to coordinate site plans for quality and practical outcomes. Other task include site visits, measuring for jobs to be ordered, preparing sites for install and finishing / siding work on posts, wall corners etc..

Qualifications of a Low-Voltage Technician: Install, program, and service IP security cameras, audio/video door entry, access control, and cabling systems Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of low-voltage cabling and related systems Ensure installations meet industry and safety standards Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time Requirements: MN PLT (Power Limited Technician) License required Minimum 4 years of experience installing, programming, and servicing IP security cameras, audio/video door entry, access control, and cabling systems Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems and cabling standards Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting the upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves Must have standard hand tools.
