As part of our expanding network of inspectors, you’ll play a critical role in evaluating storm and claim-related damage and supporting the claims process with precise documentation and professionalism. This is a 1099 Subcontractor Position. What You'll Be Doing: • Conducting exterior roof and property inspections (steep, high, and walkable roofs) • Documenting conditions and damage through photos and digital reports • Performing interior inspections and tarp placements when needed • Utilizing our streamlined tech platform to complete inspections efficiently • Communicating respectfully with homeowners and delivering exceptional service Successful Inspectors Are: • Skilled and safe on all roof types (especially steep and high) • Self-driven, professional, and organized • Detail-oriented with solid time management • Strong communicators with customer empathy • Experienced in roofing, construction, or claims work (preferred but not required) • Comfortable working independently in outdoor conditions What’s Required: • Reliable truck, van, or SUV capable of carrying at least a 32’ ladder • Smartphone and ability to submit reports through our app • General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance (required) • Ability to pass a background check (no felonies or violent offenses) • HAAG certification is a plus, but not required • Tech-savvy enough to work with inspection/reporting software Compensation & Workload: • $100–$200 per inspection depending on scope of work • (extra pay for steep roofs, interiors, additional structures, tarp placements) • Workload varies by region – steady flow in most metros, surges after storms • CAT opportunities available for high-volume, rapid deployment work • Flexible schedule and territory-based dispatching • Six-figure earning potential for high-performing inspectors Why Work With Maple Hollow: • Established, respected partner of national carriers • Prompt onboarding, responsive support staff, and a streamlined app • Freedom and flexibility to manage your own schedule • Performance-based growth opportunities To Apply: Fill out this application and we’ll reach out to you if your qualifications match our needs: https://forms.office.com/r/UB5tUfN8Ed
