Landscape Maintenance company seeks help with daily mowing operations, light landscaping, shrub trimming and related landscaping tasks 35-40 hours per week in southeast metro. Temporary full time position.

We are currently looking for a construction laborer to assist our heavy equipment operators. $15 starting wage and room for advancement. Benefits include medical, paid sick time and paid vacation. Work consist of shoveling, raking, use of a laser, reading and understanding grade plans. No experience necessary, we will train. We are looking for long term placement with the opportunity to grow within our team. JOB INCLUDES: Hand digging to remove old utility pedistals and placing new, larger pedistals in place. Digging and setting new 36x48 utility vaults. Pulling small runs of fiber optics between structures. EXPIERENCE: Will train. Past labor work such as underground utilities, landscape or work around digging or dirt work is helpful.

The successful applicant will also be capable of performing indoor and outdoor maintenance activities, troubleshooting technical issues, keeping accurate notes and scheduling routine and emergency maintenance. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair broken equipment. Have knowledge of electrical and electrical systems. Be able to operate basic hand tools and test equipment. Be able to speak with people to understand their problems, concerns, and requirements.
